the Pakistani version of democratic system

Pakistani people are one of the confused  Nations in many ways but here I am particularly talking about the governing system. The debate  on  democracy  verses  dictatorship is the hot topic now a days because recently the democratic government has completed its five years and a former living dictator is also facing courts for the 1st time in the history of Pakistan. It seems that we are going to elect another democratic government in the upcoming Election. Democratic forces always claim that democracy is the right system for Pakistan and it should be given a chance. Fortunately democracy completed  its five years on the 16th of March that is an appreciable  act. but when we check the result of  five years  we apparently find nothing but the consolation  of different political parties for their own purposes. But when   the question of people’s problem comes in front  of  them, they don’t have any satisfactory  answer. and seems like that they only want democracy to go on  and on who cares the masses.
No doubt democracy is an admirable and adoptable system.  It allows people to choose their leadership themselves. If leadership doesn’t perform well they can change it  and bring the new.  Restriction on becoming a PM or President again and again, not more than two leaders with blood relations should be allowed in a party, Restriction on illiterate candidates, Restriction on leaders who do politics of hate on terms of language, ethnicity, sect etc. but it also required literate, responsive and cultured people. Unfortunately in Pakistan people are divided on many basis like language, ethnicity, cast, sect, tribe etc and illiteracy rate is very high. And the turnout  is very low. So nation has to face this kind of democracy. Where  decisions are
taken not on merit but to make people happy, economic decisions are taken on political basis, etc etc. If we compare dictatorship with democracy, economy functioned much better in dictatorships, Decisions are taken much faster and not only on basis to make people happy, Work flows become shorter and much quicker.
By the way, currently  we are having the Pakistani version of democratic  system, so we have to rely on it and giving our vote  to the right person, we can make things in Pakistan’s favor. In the end, one thing I would like to confess here that  the Abraham Lincoln defined democracy as:

think for Pakistan

23rd march 2013!

Exactly 73 year ago, the Muslims  of subcontinent  desired to have a haven within  India. And they started struggle to spend their money, forgo properties and unsaved their lives to get that place of safety for us.
Where everyone gets respect, peace, security and life of their choice .

It was uncertain to achieve the destination but, only within the spell of 7 years  our forefathers made a country named “Pakistan”
That 7 years are only for us and for rest of the world , but, for them, those years were more then 7, 0000 years.
If I start to write the sacrifices of those 7 years, first , I will not find the particular words to describe the hard work. Second, I do not have  that ability which compliments their efforts. They gave every thing for this country without  expecting any thing back.

But, for which country?
the 7th most dangerous country, or the 33rd corrupt nation in the world.

Where people kills their own brothers and sisters, burns  their own properties some time in the name of Islam and some time in the name of Pakistan.
when world reached on moon  and was thinking to setup  colonies there   ,Pakistanis were fighting  for sighting the  moon on Eid And Ramdan.
When world enjoys  high technology, Pakistanis face the blockage  of mobile signals and u-tube.
when world enjoys electrical cars , Pakistanis wait for the day  when the energy such as electricity, petrol and gas is provided in their city.

It was neither the dream of Allama Iqbal, nor Qaid-e-Azam wanted to make Pakistan like this.
Then who  wants  to destroy Pakistan.
India, Isrel, or USA,
It sounds very simple but , I think it is not true.

May be some time back they wanted to do this, but,not now, because they  have so many other things to do. and because we have taken this task our- self to destroy by not performing our duties and responsibilities

Casting  our vote to right person is one of our key rights and responsibilities but, many of us do not consider  it our obligation.. we assume our vote shall  not work,  or it would have been casted before do. so, we don’t use it. But how many of us actually attempted  this formula?
23rd march would be the right day to commit  your self to vote to the loyal, devoted and faithful  Pakistani.
Otherwise  you will lose your right to criticize the system for another 5 years and  have to wait for supernatural  power to intervene.  But, supernatural    power rarely   comes in the real world.
